SUMMER TRAP - Summer Trap sign up will be April 14 and 15 at 6 p.m. After a brief meeting and the team sign up, the summer trap league will start the same night.

ARCHERY
The Archery and Practice Range is open April 1st to September 30th, and will be closed from October 1 through March 31.
OCC offers Archery Leagues, which start in May and go for 12 weeks each summer. ( We will post dates as we get closer)
We have a practice range (with elevated stands) with bales shots up to 45 yards, and our range is set up with 15 stations that have bales with different targets on them. We do host many 3D events throughout the year.

The Outagamie Conservation Clubs Archery Range and Practice Range will be closed Until April 1st.
Ranges will be closed from October 1 through March 31.
Anyone caught shooting anything other than the assigned targets, including buildings, tree stands, or any animals, will be asked to leave the club grounds and their membership will be suspended. Let’s set good examples for our youth.
2026 Archery League Information & Rules
Kickoff Meeting / Archery Course Volunteer Work Day
Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10:00 am
Volunteers will help prepare the archery course for the upcoming league season.
League information, reminders, and sign-up assistance will be available.
Strongly encouraged for all league participants.
League Season
Season Dates: Noon Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 – Sunday July 26th, 2026
The league will run for 12 weeks.
Teams must complete 10 rounds during the season.
Teams may shoot more than one round per week.
Teams
League consists of 2-person teams
Teams may be any combination of men, women, and children
League Format & Standings
This is a handicap league.
Standings will be posted once each team has completed three (3) rounds.
Teams may not fall more than two (2) weeks behind the league schedule to be included in season-end points and final standings.
League Fees (Must be paid before shooting)
Free Memberships
(Directors, Managers, Officers, Committee Heads):$20.00 Archery League Fee per shooter
Lifetime Memberships:
$15.00 Archery Maintenance Fee
$20.00 Archery League Fee per shooter
Yearly Memberships:
$40.00 Membership Fee (includes spouse and children under 18)

League Payouts
50% of total league fees collected will be paid out to the top three (3) teams at the end of the season.
Payouts will be based on final season standings
Payout distribution:
1st Place: 25%
2nd Place: 15%
3rd Place: 10%
Teams must be eligible for season-end points to qualify for payout
(Teams more than two weeks behind schedule are not eligible)
League Shooting Times
League scores may be shot from sunup Monday through sundown Sunday.
During weeks with a scheduled 3-D Shoot, league scores must be completed by sundown Friday.
The archery course will be CLOSED on Sunday mornings until 12:00 PM (Noon) for course updates and maintenance.
The 3-D shoot schedule will be posted on the practice range and included with sign-up materials.
Shooters using the range on Thursday or Friday before a 3-D shoot should be mindful of setup crews.
Scorecards
Completed scorecards must be deposited in the drop box mounted on the east outside wall of the clubhouse.
Scorecards must include shooter names, team name, and date shot.
Incomplete scorecards will be discarded.
Scoring
10 points – Heart
5 points – Kill
0 points – Miss or non-lethal hit (outside heart/lung/liver area)
Arrows touching the outside scoring line will count as the higher score.
League Round Details
A complete league round consists of 30 arrows
Targets are set at unmarked distances, Range finders allowed
Shooting may be done from the ground or elevated stands
Safety & Conduct
Anyone caught shooting at anything other than assigned targets — including buildings, tree stands, or animals — will be asked to leave club grounds and may have their membership suspended.
